So you just need to cut the heating appliances that you use on your hair like straightener , curler or everything because it's really bad for your hair as it causes damage please stop using that .
4.Regular 'TRIM'
You really need to cut out those damaged hair because those splitends don't allow your hair to remain healthy and grow .So just trim your every 6-8 weeks .
5.Don't wash your hair
You don't need to wash your hair every other day ,please allow your natural oils to be there so it can improve your hair texture and growth because those harsh chemicals and parabens remove all those natural oils.
